Description
On your way to Pearl Harbor, hear an extraordinary, live narration of a day which will live in infamy, as your professional guide recounts the events of the first attack on the USA. There, you will experience the official Pearl Harbor Tour, which includes a dramatic film containing actual footage of the attack, a Navy boat ride, and a visit to the Arizona Memorial. At the Memorial, you will visit the Shrine Room and reflect on the names of the 1,177 men resting on the sunken battleship below. At the National park take time to browse through the fascinating Arizona Memorial WWII Museum exhibits and visit the gift shop where you can find WWII books, souvenirs, and memorabilia. You will also view battleship row, a WWII submarine, the headquarters of the US Pacific Fleet, and the black tears of the Arizona.

After Peal Harbor we move to the famous north shore and south shore to discover the he Hawaii you dreamed of. Visit the "birthplace of the rainbows" and see the Dole Pineapple Pavilion and Coffee Plantations. See Pupukea, Oahu's Mecca for scuba divers and the surfer town of Hale'iwa.

Observe world-class surfers ride the giant waves of Sunset Beach. You may recognize the renowned Waimea Bay, Sunset and Bonsai Pipeline, locations of the world's best surfing competitions. Marvel at giant green sea turtles basking in the sun as we take you to hidden site. View film locations of popular favorites such as Lost, Hawaii 5-0, Jurassic Park, Wind Talkers, Baywatch, and Pearl Harbor.

Feel the flavor of the plantation days as you see the old sugar mill town of Kahuku and the lovely villages of the Hawaiian countryside. See shrimp farms and tropical orchards growing, exotic flowers, papaya and the unique apple banana. Experience splendid views from Laie Point, a sanctuary for endangered birds and a natural sea arch formed by a tidal wave on a small island, just a stone's throw from shore. Drive through Kahana Bay, one the lushest valleys on the island receiving over 300 inches of rain annually and Fantasy Island film location. Learn the legends of Chinaman's Hat and see ancient Hawaiian fishponds and Kaneohe Bay.

Following a delicious lunch at the famous local restaurant HONEY, named after Don Ho we move to the scenic south shore.

After passing through a tunnel of trees visit the Pali Lookout, the windiest spot of the island with dramatic views reminiscent of the South Seas and enchanting deserted islands including Gilligan's Island film location. The Pali was the battlegrounds of a decisive battle in ancient Hawaii. See memorable film locations of Magnum PI and Lost.

Visit Hawaii's longest and most beautiful sugar white sandy beach in the rural Hawaiian homestead town of Waimanalo and see farms and nursery land. Take pictures at Makapu'u & Rabbit Island Lookout, one of Oahu's most spectacular scenic lookouts. Pass by Sandy Beach, Hawaii most famous body-surfing beach and see brave locals trying to catch the perfect wave in treacherous conditions. Experience the scenic Halona coast drive. Often giant sea turtles can be seen swimming in the shall ow waters of "From Here to Eternity" Cove, as whales breach offshore At the Blow Hole see crashing waves go into a lava hole causing spray up to 50 feet high. Visit Hanauma Bay, a reef sanctuary and Hawaii's famous snorkeling spot. Discover Koko Crater and Diamond Head extinct volcanoes and lava flows. At the Diamond Head lookout, where Amelia Earhart was last seen flying off into the Pacific, you'll see windsurfers showing off their skills.
